JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,504, 506, 448, 354(A)(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and when the protest being made by the informant, the petitioner took away Rs.10,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is an agent in the P.A.C.L. Financial Company in which the petitioner is an officer and when the petitioner tried to take action against informant for not doing her duty then the present case has been lodged on 03.09.2014 for the occurrence of 30.08.2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8965 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 265 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
