Petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently charge-sheet was filed under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the informant's sister. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 24137 of 2010 and Cr. Misc. No. 44976 of 2010.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today
