JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R.Case No. 793 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code . It is a case of harassment and cruelty of opposite party no. 2 due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21829 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Darbhanga in C.R. Case No. 793 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
