JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 12-04-2017 In the present application the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Town (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015 registered under Section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2016. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by now eight out of nine witnesses have already been examined during trial.

Considering the advanced stage of the trial and the pendency of about one dozen more criminal cases against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16444 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2 / 2 petitioner, I am not inclined to reconsider the application for bail. It is dismissed, accordingly.
