2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for offence under Sections 420, 323, 467, 468, 120B, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner took Rs. 1.5 lakh from the complainant to deposit the same in ALCHEMIST TOWNSHIP INDIA LIMITED for 3 years and after maturity, he will get the matured money, but after the lapse of 3 years, when complainant demanded the money back, petitioner did not return the matured amount.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer
