JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the First Information Report on the accusation that the victim went along with the petitioner but did not return. The confessional statement of petitioner was recorded in course of investigation and he stated in his confessional statement that while he was returning to home he left the victim on his way.

Moreover, the investigation of this case has already been completed.

No.11683 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018.
