The learned counsel for the respondents would submits that petitioner has remedy by way of appeal before the District Judge in terms of dispute regarding compensation.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that petitioner may be permitted to approach the District Judge by way of an
Patna High Court CWJC No.23536 of 2018(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 appeal for appropriate remedy.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Judge within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. On filing such appeal, the District Judge shall condone the delay in filing appeal and pass appropriate order within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of such appeal.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
