The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having intercepted the car of the informant and having engaged in loot.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and neither any incriminating articles have been recovered from the petitioner herein nor T.I. Parade has been held to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in two other cases, but he is on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11958 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 bail in those two case. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017.
