JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-02-2015 A notification dated 16.2.2015, which is issued by Memo No.421 under the signature of Director (Primary)- cumAdditional Secretary, has been now produced by the State counsel today. The respondents have realized their folly. They were in gross contempt of the judicial orders passed by this Court on such issue. By virtue of the new notification they have redressed their fault. Writ is allowed in view of the above notification. Such officers are cautioned to be careful in future. If they want to transgress the boundaries of judicial orders and adjudication, they can only do so their own peril.
