Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 793 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34. of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been attributed to the present petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
