JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 10-03-2022 The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 05.02.2022, titled as "Notice of Intended Sale" (Annexure-1 to the writ petition), by which the respondent Bank intends to sell the property in question.

The stand of the petitioner is that he is ready to pay a reasonable amount, hence the auction proceedings be kept in abeyance.

The learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that in case the petitioner appears before the respondent no. 3 tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. sharp and is able to give tangible proposal, it shall be duly considered.
