JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 384 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (II)(IX)(X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the informant was assaulted and abused by the accused persons and boundary wall was demolished. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there was dispute with regard to fraudulent purchase of piece of land by the informant from the brother of the petitioner and considering the accusation in the background of land dispute, coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4890 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
