The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2018. He further submits that petitioner was apprehended in the instant case on the allegation of recovery of stolen motorcycle and the investigation in the instant case is now complete.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11644 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Saran in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018.
