2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 448, 354(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant's side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that occurrence took place on 30.03.2023 but the FIR has been lodged on 01.04.2023 after delay of 1 days without explaining any reasonable cause of delay. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11075 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 08.01.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2023.
