In this case, the petitioner is submitting that his case is identical to the case of C.W.J.C. No. 7454 of 2019, Arun Kumar and others vs. the State of Bihar and others.

The competent authority will examine the matter as to whether fact, law and relief sought for in the present case, is identical to the aforesaid case. If that be so, the petitioner will be granted the identical relief as has been given to petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 7454 of 2019.
