The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C.C. No.51/17 registered under Section 30(ka) of Bihar Amendment Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 23 bottles each containing illicit country made liquor kept in a bag on the motor cycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since
