JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with K.Hat ( Sahayak) P.S.Case No. 94 of 2005 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 506, 386, 504, 379, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
