This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Fifteen liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners jointly. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 17.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pirpainti (Bakharpur) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Pandey, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
