JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to issue work order to the petitioner pursuant to the advertisement dated 02.10.2014 which is a notice inviting tender and in response to which the petitioner had participated and was declared successful bidder for three years contract for up keep, supply of food, washing of clothes and power supply through generator in the campus of Sadar Hospital, district of Buxar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3592 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in place of issuing fresh order, the authority concerned is taking work from the previous Contractor. It is submitted that the petitioner has approached the respondent no.2, i.e., the District Magistrate, Buxar who happens to be the Chairman of the District Health Committee, Buxar by filing a representation dated 19.12.2014 which was duly received in the office.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision upon the representation of the petitioner contained in Annexure-3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
