This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended on the basis of information of spy. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2017 and only material against the petitioner is suspicion and confession before the police. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
