The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant being a block teacher in the Middle School, Nirpur, was being assaulted at the behest of co-teacher, Kiran Prabha, by the villagers including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and against the informant, the parents of various students made complaint before the District Magistrate, Munger, prior to lodging of the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8216 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 case. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioners being the ladies, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Munger, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
