Interlocutory Application No.104 of 2017 This Interlocutory Application has been filed for substituting the legal heirs of original petitioner, namely, Krishna Kanhaiya, who died during the pendency of the writ application, i.e. on 23.11.2016, leaving behind his wife, namely, Savitri Verma and son, namely, Pratik.
Counsel for the petitioner is directed to substitute the name of legal heirs in place of Krishna Kanhaiya.
Considering the aforesaid facts, Interlocutory Application No.104 of 2017 stands allowed.
