2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Mali P.S. Case No. 74 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing gang rape upon the victim and recording the illegal act. Petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2023.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16330 of 2024(4) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
