The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner Guddu Paswan and Baldeo Paswan assaulted the informant. This petitioner snatched mobile and Rs. 1430/- from the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found superficial and simple in nature. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. Statement has been made in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11360 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
