JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 25, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. It is alleged that two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of petitioner.
In paragraph-3 of the bail petition it is mentioned that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 19.12.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
