This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. He was arrested on suspicion and his name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused as well as confession of the petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
