Taking into consideration that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the prosecution report has already been filed, I do not feel it proper to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/29/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
