Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 452 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One country-made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedents as disclosed in para-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. However, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail if the trial is
