The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.137 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named only on suspicion, this appreciation for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case
