The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he gave Rs. 60,000/- to Sanjay Kumar Singh and Santosh Kumar Singh (the petitioner) for installation of a tower but the centre room was not constructed nor the money was returned. It is submitted that the money is said to have been given in the year 2010 but the F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2014. The petitioner did not receive any money from the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14303 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 77/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
