This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the time of occurrence of assault the petitioner was armed with gun. However, no overt act is alleged against the petitioner. The occurrence allegedly took place for land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court.
