JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are outsider and maliciously have been roped in the present case and has no knowledge about the present case. Since the complaint was filed in the year 2003 and processes under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. have already been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6256 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2016 2/2 issued, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the complainant it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Trial No. 928 of 2015, arising out of C.R.
