Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case no. 265/2014 registered under sections 409 and 420 of the IPC.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he being Mukhiya purchased solar light violating the direction of the State Government but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that solar light was purchased in the year 2006-07 and at that time, there was no instruction to purchase solar light from a particular company. It is further contended by him that having similar allegation some coaccused persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9346 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Buxar/concerned court in Buxar (Mufassil) P.S.
