Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in supplementary counter affidavit, the respondents have admitted that entire payment has been made on account of retiral dues payable to the petitioner. However, the petitioner is still aggrieved as no interest has been

3. Considering the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, it would be in the interest of justice to direct the respondents to make payment of interest on account of delayed payment on different heads of retiral dues, if admissible, within a period of three months from the date of production of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
