2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with limited prayer for disposal of his representation pending before respondent No.5, namely, the District Magistrate, Rohtas, as contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.22715 of 2018 dt.22-01-2024 2/2 Annexure -2 series to the writ petition.

3. In this background, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with a direction to the respondent No.5, namely, the District Magistrate, Rohtas that he shall pass order on the representation of the petitioner within sixty days from the date of production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition stands disposed off.
