The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.113 of 2014 registered under Sections 498(A), 504 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing the complainant/informant by her husband (petitioner) and other inlaws for non fulfillment of the dowry demand and removing her from the matrimonial house by snatching her personal belongings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the complaint petition, the complainant/informant used to

Sri Virendra Kumar, learned counsel, who is appearing on the instruction of the opposite party no.2, the mother of the complainant/informant, also conceded the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the death of the complainant/informant on 03.01.2016.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.113 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
