Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40844 of 2016 taking into consideration that near about 80 liters country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner but liberty was given to the petitioner that if his trial is not concluded within four months, he may renew his prayer for bail.
Admittedly, the trial of the petitioner is still pending and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13242 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Case No. 116C2/ 2016, Sheikhpura Circle.
