The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Guraru P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Section 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of Cr.L.A. Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Parshuram Yadav @ Mohan Yadav, from whose possession, arms & ammunition have been recovered. So far as petitioner is concerned, nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender
