The petitioner is accused in connection with Simra P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, registered under Section 30(K) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 1305 pouch, each containing 200 ML country made liquor from the vehicle and at that time on chase petitioner and one Rahul Kumar were apprehended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 17.10.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
