Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Wazirganj ( Tankupa O.P) Police Station Case No. 158 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioners are named in the first information report with specific allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Wazirganj ( Tankupa O.P) Police Station Case No. 158 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10745 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the competent court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
