The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.164/16 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A,26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol from the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
