JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioners and others forcibly stopped the vehicle of the informant and extracted donation from the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that it appears unreasonable that informant knew all the accused persons by their names and parentage. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Kharagpur(Shampur) P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015, pending in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6322 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
