Following statements has been made in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the show cause filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 5 to 8: "8. That thereafter the office of the District Education Officer, Sheohar on

Patna High Court MJC No.4741 of 2018(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 completion of training of the petitioner and others, ordered for the joining of the petitioner as Siksha Sewak (Talmi Markaj) in Primary Vidyalay, Ansari Tola, Jahangirpur, Block-Dumari- Katsari vide letter no. 177 dated 02.05.2019, thereupon the instant petitioner submitted his joining in the aforesaid school on 04.05.2019 and the same was accepted by the Headmaster of the School.

9. That it is respectfully submitted that the answering Opposite Parties have not violated the order dated 09.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15674 of 2016, however they have complied the order."

Considering the statement made on behalf of O.P. Nos. 5 to 8, it is apparent that the compliance of the order dated 09.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15674 of 2016 has already been made. It has further been submitted on behalf of the State that no further compliance is required to be made in the present case.

Considering the fact that none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the present application is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U
