The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.534 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the deceased before committing suicide has written suicide note in which he has named the petitioner as one of the accused on whose highhandedness the deceased had committed suicide, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
