This application is for grant of bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.151 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 466, 467, 468, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is nothing against the petitioner, except the confessional statement and he has been remanded in custody for about four months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and keeping in view allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner may move before the court concerned itself after framing of charge, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of materials

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13656 of 2017 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 available at that time and if nothing is found against the petitioner, he may pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
