The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 907 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant, Kamrul Nisha, on receiving information about hanging of her daughter by in-laws, reached at Sasural house of her daughter and saw that Dupatta was folded in the neck of her daughter then she made request to in-laws of her daughter to take her in Hospital but they refused. Thereafter, she took her daughter to the Hospital but she died in course of treatment.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11177 of 2019(3) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-laws of the deceased and they used to reside separate from the deceased. Further submission is that other in-laws of the deceased have already been allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide Order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 5235 of 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) six with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 907 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
