2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 registered under Section(s) 420, 406, 409, 34, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, wherein, it has been determined that the petitioner, along with one co-accused, have put a loss of Rs.2 lakhs of the public money, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
