Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent No. 5 to make payment of petitioner entire unpaid honorarium with effect from January 2017 to July 2017 for which he has filed representation on 20.09.2018 and remainder too, but till date no decision has been taken.
3. Counsel submits that the petitioner was selected as Executive Assistant to do the compilation work of Date Entry of the beneficiaries of Indra Aawas Yojana on the Official Website of the Government.
4. Petitioner submits that he joined and started
Patna High Court CWJC No.3995 of 2020(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 working with effect from 01.07.2014 and with the satisfaction of higher authorities, he was discharging his duties. But, all of sudden, the Block Development Officer, Dobhi, Gaya restraint the petitioner from discharging his duties.
5. In this regard, the petitioner has filed representation on 20.09.2018. He also filed another representation on 16.05.2019, but nothing happened.
6. Counsel for the State submits that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate raising all his grievance which he has raised in this writ petition.
7. In the light of the submission made, let the petitioner be at liberty to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya raising all his grievance which he has raised in this writ petition and District Magistrate, Gaya is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order considering the grievance of the petitioner and also assure the payment of the petitioner for which he is entitled as per his contract.
8. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is disposed off.
