The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with G.R. Case No. 123 of 2017 arising out of Raxual P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 193, 195, 120B, 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 225 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14113 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case on account of land dispute. It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged after lapse of three weeks. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of SDJM, Raxual in connection with G.R. Case No. 123 of 2017 arising out of Raxual P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
