After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner seeking redressal of his grievance before a Committee, which has been constituted by the respondents.
That being so, this application is permitted to be
Patna High Court CWJC No.4978 of 2015 (4) dt.24-06-2015 withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
It is, however, also made clear that a fresh writ petition for the same cause of action would not be maintainable but then the petitioner can definitely take recourse of the remedies available to him under the Industrial Disputes Act.
